Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order value required.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
