Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds only under the following circumstances:
- The item arrived visibly damaged (e.g., broken, cracked, shattered)
- The item received is significantly different from what was ordered (wrong item, wrong size, wrong color)
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Items ordered incorrectly by the customer
- Minor variations in color due to screen display differences
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
Return Window
All eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
Return Shipping
- For damaged or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange pickup at no cost to you
- We do not cover return shipping costs for ineligible return requests
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging
